About the role
Our team is seeking a Journeyman Project Management Analyst focused on a security cooperation program with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and Airborne Electronic Attack Program Office to help drive solutions and take initiative when problem-solving. This role is on remote.
Assignments will vary, but will generally include the following responsibilities:
- Program Analysis & Tracking – Apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, tracking milestones, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics. Identify trends, potential delays, and risks, and recommend corrective actions to leadership.
- FMS & Cooperative Casework – Support Cooperative Program Managers/Team Leads in managing all aspects of FMS and cooperative casework, ensuring compliance with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and DoD acquisition policy.
- Foreign Disclosure & Export Compliance – Assist in the preparation, coordination, and review of foreign disclosure requests and export compliance documentation. Ensure all releases are approved and documented in accordance with established U.S. Government technology transfer policy.
- Documentation Management – Maintain accurate case files, program records, and change control documentation in Government-approved systems, ensuring timely updates and version control.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with U.S. Government agencies, foreign partners, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and other contractors to ensure smooth execution of program objectives.
- Meeting & Event Support – Participate in program-related meetings, working groups, and conferences; prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items, and provide follow-up status updates to stakeholders.
- Briefing & Reporting – Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and accurate reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and program teams, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and recommended solutions.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve program coordination, reporting, and case management processes, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
The role is dynamic and involves collaboration across different physical locations and multiple time zones and supports client tasks and objectives.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Relations, or related discipline.
- 3-10 years’ experience performing in US DoD FMS or Defense Security Assistance Programs.
- Values autonomy and naturally takes ownership.
- Displays initiative and has exceptional attention to detail.
- Is an effective communicator and demonstrates a willingness to work collaboratively.
- Has a strong work ethic and always displays integrity and professionalism.
