About the role
Our team is seeking a Senior Program Analyst – Aviation Maintenance and Logistics to support U.S. Navy and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) aviation sustainment programs at NAS Whidbey Island. This senior-level role supports the PMA-265 Integrated Product Team (IPT) as a Fleet Liaison for Maintenance and Logistics, with a primary focus on EA-18G Growler and F/A-18E/F Super Hornet platforms.
The role involves collaboration with Australia and US-based staff across different physical locations and multiple time zones and supports client tasks and objectives as well as corporate needs. Assignments will vary, but will generally include the following responsibilities:
- Serve as Maintenance & Logistics Fleet Liaison supporting U.S. Navy–RAAF reciprocal maintenance initiatives
- Coordinate Intermediate-Level (I-Level) and depot-level repair actions for Electronic Warfare systems, including ALQ-99 collaborative repair efforts
- Facilitate U.S. Navy supply system access for RAAF personnel, including MAFs, DD-1348 documentation, and repairable tracking
- Support Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) ordering, tracking, and issue for RAAF aircrew in training
- Support RAAF International Military Students (IMS), including base access, ID cards, NMCI access, and training coordination
- Complete duties as an International Military Student Officer (IMSO) in accordance with U.S. Navy policy
- Apply analytical techniques to assess logistics performance, schedules, risks, and resource utilization
- Prepare briefings, reports, and recommendations supporting readiness, sustainment, and resource optimization
- Track project milestones and logistics execution, identifying and mitigating risks
- Provide expert advice on maintenance readiness, sustainment strategies, and courses of action
- Quality Assurance – Ensure compliance with PAC Quality Management System (QMS) which conforms to the requirements of ISO9001:2015, and contribute to PAC Quality Objectives. In consultation with leadership, prepare and/or conduct performance and quality audits on relevant PAC contracts as required
- Travel – Local, interstate and international travel in support of this position. Travel is expected up to 15% of the time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a O-level or I-level maintenance role supporting either EA-18G or F/A-18E/F aircraft.
- At least three (3) years of experience in program Management, technical, or business analysis discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, utilize sound professional judgement, and exercise initiative to meet strict deadlines in support of complex programs
- Experience with program/project status reporting and schedules
- Export compliance and the ability to maintain a minimum-security clearance. Must be willing to undergo background check.
