About the role

Our team is seeking a Facilities and ICT Support Officer focused on Aerospace Acquisition and Sustainment Services to help drive creative solutions and take initiative when problem solving.  

 Assignments will vary, but will generally include the following responsibilities: 

  • Facility Management – Support client on-site as central point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and requests, including facility maintenance, procurement, and services provided.
  • ICT Support – Support client on-site as central point of contact for network, infrastructure, software, and equipment inquiries, as required. 
  • Quality Assurance – Ensure compliance with PAC Quality Management System (QMS) which conforms to the requirements of ISO9001:2015 and contribute to PAC Quality Objectives. In consultation with leadership, prepare and/or conduct performance and quality audits on relevant PAC contracts as required.
  • Travel – Local and interstate travel in support of this position. Travel is expected up to 10% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in facilities maintenance, facilities coordination, or facilities support, preferably within a government or defense environment.
  • Demonstrated experience providing ICT support services related to office infrastructure and equipment, including internet services, printers, scanners, and basic networked devices .
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Secret level USG or AGSVA clearance, or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
