About the role
Our team is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst focused on a security cooperation program with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and Airborne Electronic Attack Program Office to help drive solutions and take initiative when problem-solving. This role is on remote.
Assignments will vary, but will generally include the following responsibilities:
- Foreign Disclosure & Release Management – Provide comprehensive analysis to support U.S. Government decisions on the release of technical data, program documentation, and system information to foreign partners. Ensure all releases comply with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), ITAR, DoD acquisition policies, and applicable technology transfer guidance.
- Documentation Development & Review – Draft, review, and coordinate Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs), program-specific disclosure packages, and export compliance documentation. Verify that all materials meet classification marking, content, and formatting requirements prior to submission for release.
- Engineering & Technical Data Review – Coordinate with engineering teams to assess the technical accuracy, completeness, and releasability of documents, drawings, manuals, and test data. Prepare and maintain audit records of all disclosure decisions.
- Compliance Monitoring – Track ongoing program compliance with established foreign disclosure and export control regulations. Maintain a centralized record system for disclosure actions and ensure all supporting documentation is retained in accordance with federal recordkeeping requirements.
- Foreign National Access & Visit Coordination – Manage and track foreign national extended and temporary visits, ensuring full compliance with security protocols, DoD visitor control procedures, and facility access authorizations. Liaise with security offices to process visit authorization requests and coordinate with program teams to ensure operational readiness for foreign engagement activities.
- Program Integration & Stakeholder Coordination – Engage with U.S. Government program offices, foreign partner representatives, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and interagency stakeholders to ensure disclosure actions are aligned with program objectives and international agreements. Facilitate timely and accurate information exchange while protecting controlled technical data.
- Risk Identification & Issue Resolution – Identify potential risks to data protection and program compliance, propose mitigation strategies, and assist in resolving disclosure-related disputes or delays in coordination with legal, policy, and technical experts.
- Reporting & Briefings – Prepare periodic status reports, metrics, and briefing materials summarizing disclosure activities, pending actions, and compliance findings for presentation to program leadership, security managers, and Cooperative Program Managers.
- Continuous Improvement – Recommend process enhancements for disclosure review workflows, documentation tracking, and coordination procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
The role is dynamic and involves collaboration across different physical locations and multiple time zones and supports client tasks and objectives.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Relations, or related discipline plus 4 additional years of relevant experience.
- Over 10 years’ experience performing in US DoD FMS or Defense Security Assistance Programs.
