About the role

Our team is seeking a Project Support Officer to provide support to our Directors and Team Leads to help drive creative solutions and take initiative when problem-solving. Hybrid role is preferred working at our San Diego office 20% of the time and remotely the remainder. We will consider fully remote for the right candidate in select states (CA, MD, DC, WA, TX).  Assignments will vary, but will include the following responsibilities:

  • Expense and Timesheet Management – Approve and report expenses, providing necessary support for timely invoicing, while monitoring and approving team timesheets to ensure correct task code usage.
  • Reporting and Documentation – Assist in preparing Monthly Status Reports by coordinating with the PAC financial support team, and support proposal preparation through document control, scheduling reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Compliance and Administration – Track and ensure compliance of deliverable products using PAC tools, support the timely preparation and release of compliant invoices, and assist in the administration and control of PAC contracts.
  • Recruitment and Hiring – Provide administrative and coordination support for the recruitment process within service delivery teams.
  • Quality Assurance – Ensure compliance with PAC Quality Management System (QMS) which conforms to the requirements of ISO9001:2015 and contribute to PAC Quality Objectives. In consultation with leadership, prepare and/or conduct performance and quality audits on relevant PAC contracts as required.

The dynamic role involves collaboration across different physical locations and multiple time zones and supporting corporate needs.
