About the role

Our team is accepting applications from highly skilled and motivated individuals for a dynamic role supporting corporate administrative needs and those of our client to ensure smooth operations.

Assignments will vary, but will generally include the following responsibilities: 

  • Facility Management:
    • Support inventory and procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with building management and landlords.
    • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, renovations as needed, including liaising with external vendors and contractors.
    • Serve as a central point of contact for facility-related inquiries and requests from employees and external stakeholders.
  • Security Administration:
    • Assist with development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.
    • Assist with personnel clearance processing, including collecting and organizing required documentation and communicating with employees and external agencies.
    • Assists in maintaining security-related records and databases, such as access control lists, and incident reports.
    • Personnel administrative support including various system administration for reporting, visit requests, training coordination and record retentions.
    • Participate in facility inspections and reviews.
  • Business Support and Coordination:
    • Provide documentation support including development, update, and critical review.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
    • Maintain accurate records and files electronically, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
    • Ad-hoc tasking to leadership and external stakeholders.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role. US citizenship is required for most positions.
