Theresa Tartaglia joined PAC earlier this year as a Senior Systems Engineer. She supports the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Technical Liaison Office in Weapons Systems Integration for the Super Hornet and Growler aircraft. With over two decades of experience in military aviation programs, Theresa has made significant contributions to the field. Before PAC, she spent most of her career providing services to the US Navy (NAVAIR) as a civilian and a contractor.

At PAC, what she enjoys the most about her job is the people and the program she works for with the RAAF:

Theresa’s fascination with space exploration, particularly the moon landings, inspired her to pursue a career in engineering. Her passion for the field led her to pursue many achievements, including being selected for the Woman’s Executive Leadership Program as a USN civilian and completing a rotation at NASA Johnson Space Center, where she met many of the Apollo and Space Shuttle astronauts. A once-in-a-lifetime experience, for sure!

Her accomplishments do not stop there. Theresa was also mentioned in the “Who’s Who of American Women“, a biographical dictionary of notable living women in the US, in the 2000 edition.

When not at work, you’ll find her volunteering at a local Feral Cat Rescue, helping with the cats’ adoption process and to feed them. She also spends a fair amount of time on FaceTime with her son, who lives and works in Melbourne (AUS).
