PAC proudly announces the award of a 5-year contract with the United States Air Force (USAF) to provide our five-day Methods of Simulation Course. Our training courseware will ensure that the Mobility Air Force (MAF) Aircrew Training Devices (ATDs)/Flight Simulators are certified by qualified USAF aircrew members and Government civilians using equivalent Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards.
“Our team has a long history of supporting flight simulator evaluation, qualification and fidelity management, and a broader experience in aerospace support to the Government and military. We look forward to working with the USAF supplying academic instruction and hands-on ATD/Flight Simulator certification training to the aircrew members and Department of Defense civilians. Our course will enable them to perform duties as certified USAF ATD/Flight Simulator evaluators”, explains Nagel Sullivan, PAC’s Director of Government Programs.
Our team of industry-recognized instructors will conduct the classes. They bring over 100 years combined of industry and Government experience in aviation simulation and certification. They have worked as FAA Simulator Qualification Course instructors, National Simulator Program Inspectors, and Military and Commercial Airline aviators.
Upon Methods of Simulation Course completion, the students will be capable of certifying ATD/Flight Simulators following the FAA standards 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 60 and AC 120-40B.
