– demonstrate our commitment to continual improvement of our overall performance, and
– provide a solid foundation for future development initiatives.
ISO 9001:2015 certification serves as an independent assurance of PAC’s commitment to providing our customers with services of the highest standard.

The PAC Quality Management System covers our processes governing the administration of engineering, technical services, project support and system management services for our Military and Commercial customers. ISO is the International Organization for Standardization which develops and publishs International Standards. Management Systems International, LLC assisted PAC with development of its QMS. SGS North America, Inc is the certification body which audited our system and awarded certification, ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is the accreditation body for SGS.
